§ Mr. EggarWe have had no direct contact with the Government of Sudan on this matter. However, we understand that there have been contacts between the International Atomic Energy Agency and the Government of Sudan and that the International Atomic Energy Authority has no evidence to confirm the allegation of a black market in weapons grade nuclear material in Khartoum.
