§ Mr. Donald ThompsonA total of 2,267 milk producers have taken advantage of various nationally-funded outgoers schemes, two of which have operated in Northern Ireland only and one in Great Britain only. Provisional figures for the European Community scheme, the second stage of which closed at the end of last month, show that 286 producers have taken advantage of this scheme.
