§ Mr. ParkinsonI am developing proposals for the privatisation of the electricity supply industry; no decisions on the future structure have been taken. However, I have said that the electricity supply industry will not be privatised as a monolith. I intend to introduce as much competition as possible into the industry and am looking at the scope for so doing.
