§ Mr. Wyn RobertsThe Government's proposals for changes to the system of structure and local plans were issued as a join consultation paper "The Future of Development Plans" by the Welsh Office and the Department of the Environment in September 1986. The responses to that consultation paper are now being considered and a further statement will be issued in due course.
