§ Mr. MoynihanI have today written to the chairman of the Sports Council to invite the views of the council and those of other organisations interested in sport and recreation, on the future direction of our sports policies and the mechanisms for achieving them. Copies of my letter are being distributed widely in the sporting world and I have placed a copy in the Library. I have invited comments by 1 March 1988.
