§ Mr. LuceThe three-year settlement that I announced on 5 November demonstrates the Government's continu-ing commitment to the arts. I am also encouraging arts bodies throughout Great Britain to strengthen their financial base and increase their income from all sources. I am sure that the consequences in Wales as elsewhere will be beneficial.
