§ Mr. MoynihanI understand that UK Nirex Ltd. has invited all Scottish local authorities to a seminar in Edinburgh on 14 December. The seminar is intended to consider Nirex's discussion document "The Way Forward", which was launched on 12 November. The Secretary of State has no plans to attend.
