§ Mr. SainsburyApart from those areas needed for use by the Ministry of Defence (which are specified in the term contract for management of the dockyard) the majority of the sites, buildings and facilities in Devonport naval base are licensed to Devonport Management Limited. It is for it to decide the extent to which it needs to use these assets in order to fulfil its commitments to the Ministry of Defence. Land requirements are kept under review.
