§ Mr. HinchliffeTo ask the Secretary of State for Social Services how many elderly or disabled people received a board and lodging allowance within the supplementary benefit scheme in the Wakefield metropolitan district during 1979, 1983 and 1986; and if he will provide details in these years at constant prices of the total cost of these allowances and detail what proportion went to voluntary or private sector establishments.
