§ Mrs. RoeThe price which can be obtained for the property on the open market is obviously the major factor in deciding whether "the best consideration" has been secured. The Department has not stipulated a reserve price, but we have advised the Development Corporation that we could not countenance a concessionary disposal. I understand that the Spectrum arena is now being marketed as part of a wider package of assets including the Birchwood district centre.
