§ Mr. LeeThe regional tourist boards are continuing to provide training courses to meet their regions needs for blue badge tourist guides. The national tourist boards of England, Scotland and Wales are examining the need to provide enhanced training and qualifications for guides who wish to escort visitors to a wider area. I also understand that the bus and coach industry is developing new training systems to meet its own needs.
