§ Mr. GummerThe wheat held in intervention in the United Kingdom is not of breadmaking quality. Millers in the United Kingdom have already made arrangements to obtain most of the grain they need for bread this season. If however, shortages of breadwheat do develop later in the season we will consider seeking the release of bread making wheat held in intervention elsewhere in the European Community.
