§ Mr. Michael ForsythI have asked for copies of responses to the consultation paper "School Management and the Role of Parents" which were not marked as confidential to be available for public inspection on the open file in St. Andrew's House library. Photocopies of these responses can be obtained at cost by application to the Scottish Office librarian. In addition, to meet the hon. Gentleman's request, I will arrange for the open file to be transferred to the House Library on 3 December.
