§ Mr. MellorRelations with Hungary are increasingly varied and productive. My right hon. and learned Friend had useful discussions during a visit to Budapest in March, as I did during my visit in September. We hope to receive the Hungarian Prime Minister in London in the first half of 1988. Lively contacts and exchanges at all levels form an important part of our relationship.
