§ Mr. RidleyYes. The eighth annual report was published on 1 September and copies were placed in the Library of the House. My right hon. Friends the Secretaries of State for Scotland and Wales and I continue to value greatly the advice of the committee for which we also recently announced the appointment of a new chairman, Professor John Knill, to take over from the late Professor Paul Matthews with effect from 1 September.
