§ Mr. ScottThe cash limit for class XV, vote 5 (Administration and Miscellaneous Services) has been reduced by £3.049 million (from £1,342.968 million to £1,339.919 million).
The revision takes account of a number of changes, namely reductions of £2.6 million, arising from revised assumptions for unemployment, and £1,132 million in respect of the Department of Employment's 1986–87 cash limit overspend, (both reflected on this vote in reduced agency payments to the Department of Employment); an increase of £0.818 million following a reassessment in the

As a result of the above-mentioned transfers to the Department of Trade and Industry and the Welsh Office, the gross running costs limit of the Department of Health and Social Security is reduced by £0.135 million from £1,700.813 million to £1,700.678 million.
