§ Mr. Peter BottomleyAbb Scott lane is a local authority road. Bradford city council is responsible for its traffic management. The transport and road research laboratory is collaborating with the Bradford city council in a trial project to reduce accidents over a large part of Bradford including Abb Scott lane. The results of this project should be published early in 1989.
