§ Mr. Douglas HoggAdvice on blast casualty calculation taking account of the review of the blast 119W casualty rules applicable to United Kingdom houses was issued to local authorities in October 1986 and forms the basis for training scientific advisers; it will be incorporated in a revised training manual for scientific advisers in due course.
