To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland how many patients from the City of Aberdeen and Grampian region each year since 1978 have been required to attend hospitals outside the area of Grampian health board for open-heart surgery; what has been the average waiting list for each quarter of the year; and what has been the average waiting time of patients awaiting such surgery.
