§ Mr. Donald ThompsonI attach high importance to my Department's advisory work on farm waste which I am anxious should be carried out as effectively as possible. The current balance between central and local advisory resources is being reviewed to make ADAS' expertise as accessible as possible to the farming industry and this will have implications for the size and role of the farm waste unit itself. However, there will be no reduction in overall effort.
