§ Mr. Wyn RobertsI met a deputation of local authorities led by the hon. Gentleman the Member for Alyn and Deeside in February of this year. However, any proposals for a new road crossing of the Dee estuary is the responsibility of Clwyd county as the local highway authority. All matters concerning its preparation and timing are for it.
