To ask the Secretary of State for Defence if he has any plans to alter the level of army ammunition stocks.

Army ammunition stock levels are kept under regular review. A review of ammunition usage rates in war and required war stocks is in progress which may eventually result in some changes to stock levels. Specific information on stock levels is classified.
