Dr. Moonie

To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will list the numbers of abortions carried out in Scotland in the years 1980 to 1986 for the age groups under 16 years, 16 to 21 (or 18) years, and over 21 (or 18) years, by the length of gestation and in particular, between the 18th and 24th week, and 24th and 28th weeks, listing the reasons for abortion in the latter groups.
