To ask the Secretary of State for Scotland what representations(a) the Crown Office (b) the procurators fiscal have received from BBC Scotland about the restitution of documents seized in relation to Zircon, on Sunday 1 February; and if he will make a statement.

Between 18 March and 2 September the Procurator Fiscal, Glasgow, received four letters of representation from the solicitors acting for BBC Scotland. There have been no representations direct to Crown Office.
