§ Mr. Cope[holding answer 6 November 1987]: I have made a designation order under section 14(2)(d) of the Sex Discrimination Act 1975 which applies all relevant sections of the Act to trainees in the job training scheme and new job training scheme. Those trainees are therefore in the same position with respect to the provisions of the Act as trainees in YTS.
