§ Mr. Peter BottomleyThe Civil Aviation Authority, which is wholly responsible for aviation safety regulations, has told me that Eurocity Express Dash-7 aircraft were not given a dispensation to fly from London City airport without certification of airworthiness. Both aircraft were and are appropriately certificated.
