§ Mr. Peter MorrisonThe rate of return of investment in energy conservation varies by type of conservation measure and sector in which it is applied. My Energy Efficiency Office has published results of assessments of rates of return or payback periods for a wide range of conservation measures in the domestic, industrial and commercial sectors. I am arranging for copies of examples to be placed in the Library of the House.
