§ Mr. Chris PattenLast week I returned from Bangladesh where I saw at first hand the effects of the recent flooding. During my visit I announced further flood6W relief assistance from Her Majesty's Government bringing our total response to date to nearly £10 million. I also signed a commodity aid agreement for £20 million which will be available to meet flood rehabilitation requirements, as well as normal import requirements, in the public and private sectors.
