§ Mr. RentonNo. Pensioners living in multi-storey accommodation may already qualify for the concessionary accommodation for residential care television licence, provided that accommodation satisfies all the relevant criteria set out in the Wireless Telegraphy (Broadcast Charges and Exemption) Regulations 1984.
