Mr. Alan W. Williams

asked the Secretary of State for Wales (1) what information he has on the total volume of water in Llyn Brianne (a) on the first day of the month for every month during the current year and (b) day by day for every day during October;

(2) what information he has on the total volume of water that flowed from 12 noon Sunday 18 October to 12 noon Monday 19 October (a)from the Llyn Brianne reservoir and (b)downstream through the River Towy in Carmarthen;

(3) what information he has on the catchment area in square kilometres of (a)Llyn Brianne reservoir, (b)the River Towy above Glanrhyd, Llanwarda, and (c)the River Towy above Carmathen bridge;

(4) what information he has on how much water in cubic metres per hour was discharged from Llyn Brianne hour by hour from 12 noon on Sunday 18 October to 12 noon on Monday 19 October.

The capacity of the Llyn Brianne reservoir is 60.39 million cu m.
