What is their present policy regarding the payment of unemployment benefit to people on Community Programmes in respect of days on which they are not working.
§ Lord SkelmersdaleOur policy is that those working part-time in the Community Programme should not be able to supplement their earnings with unemployment benefit for the days when they are not working.
