§ The Attorney-GeneralThe Lord Chancellor's office did not correspond with Blackwood county court in the case of Webberv. Webber in 1981–82. There was correspondence in 1983 consisting of a request for, and a reply giving, factual information which formed the basis of the Lord Chancellor's reply to the hon. Member dated 1 June 1983, which was copied to the court with a formal acknowledgment of the reply.
