§ Mr. NewtonThe Parliamentary Assembly's report on the traffic in children and other forms of child exploitation which includes the traffic in children for adoption, is presently in draft form. It is due to be considered by the Council of Europe's Committee of Ministers' Deputies in December 1987. We shall not be in a position to respond to the report or to make a statement until it has been examined in detail by the committee.
