§ Mr. Peter BottomleyWe are making good progress. Both contracts for the Warwick section are already under construction and all five contracts for the Banbury and Gaydon sections should be under way by mid-1988. A public inquiry is currently in progress into the remaining, Waterstock-Wendlebury, section. Subject to the completion of statutory procedures, we hope to begin work on this section in 1989 and to complete it during 1991.
