§ Mrs. RumboldThe Department has received no recent representations on overall education budgets of local authorities in the northern region. There has been some correspondence on particular aspects of education finance and my right hon. Friend and my hon. Friend the Parliamentary Under-Secretary of State have discussed capital expenditure allocations this year with representatives of Bradford, Calderdale and Rotherham local education authorities.
