§ Mr. Cousinsasked the Secretary of State for Employment if he will give the total nationally of the numbers of workers on community programme schemes who lost unemployment benefit under the Social Security (Unemployment, Sickness, and Invalidity Benefit) Amendment Regulations 1987; and if he will give totals on a similar basis for each unemployment benefit office in Newcastle upon Tyne.
