In matters of design and construction, the Property Services Agency of the Department of the Environment acts on behalf of the Secretary of State for Defence. The floating jetty at RNAD Coulport is a unique and complex structure, and the design work and associated hydraulic model tests are well advanced. The Property Services Agency now expects to invite tenders in the next few weeks.
