§ Mr. LuceI welcome the shift of resources from London to the regions which has taken place as a result of the "Glory of the Garden" report.
As I outlined in my speech to the Council of Regional Arts Associations' conference at Newcastle, I intend to place increasing emphasis on the plural funding of the arts, in the regions as in London.
