§ Mr. McLoughlinasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether any new appointment has been made to the Police Complaints Authority.
§ Mr. HurdAir Vice-Marshal David Clark, CBE, who is at present the military deputy to the head of defence export services at the Ministry of Defence, has accepted my invitation to serve as a member of the authority. He will take up his post on 10 November.
