Mr. Nicholas Bennett

asked the Secretary of State for Wales if he will list the new build figures for (a) private, (b) local authority, (c) housing associations and (d) others, in each local authority area, in 1978–79, 1982–83, 1983–84, 1984–85, 1985–86 and 1986–87, respectively.
