HC Deb 02 November 1987 vol 121 c505W
Mr. Cohen

asked the Attorney-General if he will explain the reasons for his decision not to prosecute those responsible for the death of Mr. Michael Delaney on 10 January, following the coroner's court verdict of unlawful killing.

The Attorney-General

The Crown Prosecution Service, having studied all the evidence gathered by the police, and the transcript of the inquest into the death of Michael Delaney, concluded that the evidence did not disclose the commission of any criminal offences.
