§ Mr. Warrenasked the Secretary of State for Defence (1) what public warnings were issued on the night of 15 and 16 October by the Meteorological Office when the hurricane arrived at the coastline of the United Kingdom;
(2) if he will publish the precise time at which the Meteorological Office recorded the existence of the hurricane in the vicinity of the United Kingdom on the night of Thursday 15 and 16 October; and if he will make a statement.
