§ Mr. ButcherI refer the hon. Member to the reply by my hon. Friend the Minister for Trade in theOfficial Report of 21 October, column 811, to his similar question. I am not aware of any breach of United Kingdom Government export control regulations by Mr. Ben Banerjee or BR and W Industries and therefore no investigation is taking place.
