§ Mr. Rostasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer (1) what information he has as to the total expenditure during 1986–87 incurred upon the heating and lighting of properties occupied by each of the public bodies for which he has responsibility; and if he will list details of the amount spent on energy efficiency measures in these properties during the same period;
(2) if he will give details of the total expenditure during 1986–87 incurred upon the heating and lighting of properties for which he is directly responsible; and if he will give details of the amounts spent on energy efficiency measures in these properties during the same period.
