§ Mr. JoplingI am aware of the concern being expressed about the operation of certain aspects for the rules for the transfer of milk quota with land. A number of difficult legal and practical questions have been raised and my colleagues and I have concluded that it would be appropriate to examine these fully with all those concerned before deciding on any possible solutions. A consultation paper will be issued this week discussing the issues involved and inviting comment from interested organisations. A copy will be placed in the Library of the House.
