§ Dr. Marekasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs if, pursuant to his answer of 7 May, Offical Report, column 528, he will make it his policy to include in the terms of reference for the independent survey office the possibilty for oral representations to he made by those Hong Kong citizens who either cannot, or are not confident of being able to, make written representations.
§ Mr. RentonWithin the Survey Office's terms of reference arrangements will be made to ensure that those who are unwilling or unable to submit written representations are able to have their oral representations recorded.
