§ Dr. Cunninghamasked the Secretary of State for the Environment if, pursuant to his answers of 22 April, Official Report, columns 644–5, he will state (a) the size of the deferred purchase arrangements entered into by Harrogate BC to finance the construction of a conference centre, and (b) the size and timing of the additional conventional borrowing approval given to Harrogate in respect of the deferred purchase arrangement.
§ Mr. RidleyI understand that the maximum facility offered by the deferred purchase scheme was £20.25 million. The additional borrowing approval was for a maximum of £16 million and was issued on 18 February 1982.
