Information about capital projects in Scotland funded by central Government expenditure is available in successive editions of the Supply Estimates for vote XVI (vote XV before 1986–87); and of "Public Expenditure: A Commentary on the Scotland Programme" copies of which were sent to my hon. Friend on publication. Information at project level about Government-supported expenditure by non-departmental public bodies, local authorities and the private sector is not held centrally.
