§ 29. Mr. Nellistasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department when he expects to be in a position to make an announcement on the applications for asylum for the 64 Tamil refugees who arrived in the United Kingdom at the beginning of the year.
§ Mr. WaddingtonThe Sri Lankan Tamils who arrived here from Dhaka on 13 February are currently being re-interviewed. Fresh decisions on the individual applications will be reached as soon as possible.
