§ Mr. David MitchellFurther to the reply which I gave the hon. Gentleman on 1 April, officials had a constructive meeting on 8 April to discuss the PTA's application for a section 56 grant. The PTA has agreed that further work needs to be done before the case for the investment can properly be assessed. I understand it is hoping to complete that work within the next few weeks.
